Sharon Kay (Manville) Jones - age 77 of Gallatin, MO went home to her Lord and Savior, Friday evening, March 13th, 2020 at Cameron Regional Medical Center in Cameron, MO surrounded by family. Sharon was born on February 13th, 1943 the daughter of the late Donald Manville and Lon and Delores Pierson in Gilman City, MO.  She was a member of the Gallatin High School class of 1962.  On December 1st, 1961 Sharon was united in marriage to Marshall Gene Jones in Gallatin, MO.  She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Gallatin.  Sharon was employed at Lambert’s Cap Factory and Highlands Nursing Home in Gallatin.  She finished her working career at the Gallatin R-V Elementary School, retiring in 2011.  Following retirement, she enjoyed volunteering at the Active Aging Resource Center. Sharon enjoyed flowers, walking, reading and especially her time with grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Our mom will be remembered for her patience, guidance, kindness and most of all, her unconditional love.  The memory of her shall never pass away. She will be dearly missed.

Sharon was preceded in death by her husband, Marshall (July 17, 2011) and great-grandson, Joseph Wyatt Griffin (May 7, 2016).  Survivors: son, Michael (Bonnie) Jones of Cainsville, MO; daughter, DeAnna (Jim) Fuller of Gallatin; daughter, Lana (Eric) Corwin of Gallatin; daughter, Brianna (Tim) Couch of Greensburg; son, Joshua (Frankki) Vance of Kansas City; daughter, Mary Beth Dickey Sullivan of Peoria, AZ; daughter, Stefanie (Eric) Belshe of Cameron; grandchildren: Kelli (William) Griffin, Kyle (Morgan) Jones, Katrina (Kevin) Warner, Kendal Fuller, Kenton (Jacqueline) Fuller, Felicia (Maxwell) Kohler, Bradley (Sierria) Jones, Kayce Terhune, Logan (Taley) Corwin, David and Justyne Couch, Jamie (Drew) Parks; great-grandchildren: William and Shelby Griffin; Allie, Tucker and Avery Kohler; Aaliyah, Hayleigh, Izabella and Krayton Jones; Kyre, Anden, and Corwyn Terhune; Zachariah and Daniel Corwin; sister, Shirley (Don) Wathen of Kearney, MO; a host of aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and a special sister, Teresa Cutler.  

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Comfort Care Hospice, in care of the funeral home. Funeral Service: 2 PM, Tuesday, March 17th, 2020, First Baptist Church, Gallatin, MO. There is no scheduled visitation. Friends may call from 11 AM to 5 PM, Monday, at the funeral home.
