Ronald Wayne Armstrong

Ronald Wayne Armstrong - age 71 of Independence, MO and formerly of Polo, MO passed away Friday morning, March 8, 2024, at Carmel Hills Wellness and Rehabilitation in Independence. Ronnie was born on November 21st, 1952, the son of Harry Virgil and Dorothy (Ryan) Armstrong in Kansas City, MO. He was a 1970 graduate of East High School in Kansas City.  On September 17th, 1983, he was united in marriage to Marjorie Andrews at the Knoxville Community Church. Marjorie preceded him in death. Ronnie retired in 2008 from Liberty Walmart. Ronnie had a deep faith in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. 

Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Marjorie; siblings, Beverly McDonald and Jerry Armstrong.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to KC Pet Project. A graveside service will be held at 11 AM, Thursday, April 18th, 2024, at Mt. Washington Cemetery, Independence, MO.
