Robert C. "Bob" Gould

Robert C. "Bob" Gould - age 83 of Winston, MO passed away Sunday morning, August 27, 2023, in Winston. Bob was born on September 12, 1939, the son of Paul Alfonzo and Thelma Odessa (Simmons) Gould in West Palm Beach, FL.  He grew up in Florida and Georgia. Bob attended West Palm Beach High School. He married Zella Wright and to this union four children were born. Later he married Jo McFarland on September 15th, 1983, in Miami, OK. Bob was a lifelong over the road truck driver, beginning at age 18.  Bob was a member of Lake Viking Church. Bob will be dearly missed by his family and friends. 

Bob was preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Cynthia Steward; great-granddaughter, Lainey Grace Gould; siblings, William Russell Gould and Cynthia Jean Parks; mother of his children, Zella Gould. He is survived by his wife Jo Gould of Winston, MO; children, Rusty Gould of Cameron, MO, Deborah Cabrel (Dan) of Spotsylvania VA, Nobel Gould (Ellen) of New Strawn KS, Mike Richards of Ashland, OR, and Jen Richards-Wood (Mark) of Rollinsville, CO; eight grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and other extended family members also survive.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Lake Viking Church in care of the funeral home. Private family services will be held. Burial at Lake Viking Cemetery.
