Miller was one of the greatest people I have served with. He made the tour in Tulsa, Oklahoma one of my favorite memories of being in the Navy. We used to have the best times, laugh until we literally cried, and everyday at work was just the best. He was one of the funniest people I have ever met and he was such a great friend who was always lending a listening ear. He is greatly missed😭
