Norma Catherine "Cathy" Fuller - age 90 - formerly of Gallatin and Cameron, MO passed away Friday morning, January 3, 2025, at The Oxford Grand Senior Living facility in Kansas City, MO. Cathy was born on January 7, 1934, the daughter of Fred Henry and Clara Alice (Tedford) Dowell in Fowler, KS. Cathy was a graduate of Madison High School, in Madison, KS. She married Charles T. Fuller on January 6, 1957, and celebrated 61 years of marriage. In addition to being a homemaker, she was an instructor at Hallmark Cards, Kansas City, MO, in the color separation department.
Cathy loved the Lord and had a daily bible study routine. She was a member of the First Christian Church, in Kidder, Gallatin, and Cameron. Cathy was known for her generous nature and her love for all animals, especially dogs, cats, and horses. Cathy was devoted to reading, sewing, crafting, and enjoyed journaling. She always had the coffee pot on to share with friends when they came to visit. She loved chocolate, especially thin chocolate mints. Cathy and Charlie were crop farmers. Their vegetable garden was nearly an acre. Cathy had a full second kitchen just to handle the canning process. Her style of dress was impressive, but she preferred blue jeans and a plaid shirt. Cathy and Charlie enjoyed RV camping and fishing in Texas, Colorado, Arizona, and Minnesota. She knew her way around a firearm and was a crack shot when deer hunting. Her deer stew was fabulous.

Fuller; brothers and their wives: Harry & Mary Kay Dowell and Don & Pat Dowell; niece: April and her husband Bruce Holman; nephew: Tom Dowell; brother-in-law: Bill Fuller; parents-in-law: Raymond & Bessie (Bowers) Fuller.
