Myron worked for General Motors in several capacities including as a welder in the Grand Blanc Tank plant during the Korean War. He later worked many years in Plant Protection for the Fisher Body Division in Flint, retiring as a Sergeant. Myron was co-owner with his 3 sons in MBR Precision Balancing in Flint, specializing in the balancing of racing engines. After retirement, Myron moved to Altamont, Missouri, where he and Beverlee raised Quarter Horses.
