Maggi “M.G.” Lankford, age 89 of Gallatin, MO passed away Sunday evening, July 5th, 2020 at Golden Age Nursing Home in Braymer, MO surrounded by her loving family. M.G. was born on September 17th, 1930 in Salem, IA the daughter of Herman and Elva Jueden. On October 18th, 1959 she was united to Roger Lankford in Las Vegas, NV. She was a mother, teacher and lifelong friend. Maggi taught English as a second language in the area of adult education. She enjoyed quilting and loved strawberry shakes. M.G. was a member of Lake Viking Church. She loved dogs, farm auctions and playing slot machines at the casino. Maggi will be dearly missed.
Maggi was preceded in death by: son, Roger L. Lankford, Jr; daughter-in-law, Myra Lankford; sister, Donna Jean Sar; brother, Harold Jueden. Survivors: husband, Roger Lankford of Gallatin; daughter, Peggy Lankford of Gallatin; son, David (Cecelia) Lankford of Sugarland, TX; sister, Deloris Bornhardt of southern, CA; brother, Everett (Patty) Jueden of Elko, NV; brother, Kenny (Sedra) Jueden of Nevada; brother, Johnny Jueden of Arizona; granddaughter, Tamianna Lankford of Sugarland, TX; grandson, David Felipe Lankford of Sugarland, TX; brother-in-law, Phillip (Irene) Lees and family of Concord, CA; cousin, Evelyn Bliven of Liberty, MO; beloved dog, Daisy.
