Ken D. Freeman - age 64 of Hamilton, MO passed away Tuesday evening, February 9th, 2021 at his home in Hamilton. Ken was born on May 27th, 1956 the son of William Kenneth and Diane (Wiley) Freeman in Fairfax, MO. He was a 1975 graduate of Appleton High School, Appleton, MN. In 1984, he was united in marriage to Kevalene Stith in Altamont, MO. They later divorced. Ken served on the KAW Volunteer Fire Department for many years. He worked for OIX Trucking for 20 years. Ken always found a way to be the center of attention and he had a big heart. He enjoyed playing pool, bowling, dirt track racing, watching wrestling and old country music. In his younger days he enjoyed playing softball and baseball.
Ken was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include: daughters, Malina (Chris) Anderson of Raymore, Challice Finton of Hamilton and Alleah Freeman of Gallatin; siblings, Gary (Elaine) Freeman of Maryville, MO, Karen (Kevin) Franken of Auburn, NE, Carol Mulvania of Tarkio, MO, William Freeman of Auburn, NE, Terry Freeman of Rockport, MO; grandchildren: Cheyenne, Jaxson, Kennady, Declan and Raegan; several nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family members also survive.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Alleah Freeman for Kens grandchildren’s future education. The family will have a memorial later this spring.
