Julie "Jules" Vyrostek

 Julie "Jules" Vyrostek - age 55 of Gallatin, MO passed away Monday , December 1, 2025. Julie was born on June 6, 1970, the daughter of Del Ray and Judy Ann (Shuler) Vyrostek in Trenton, MO. She was a 1988 graduate of Gallatin High School. Julie obtained an Associates Degree in political science from North Central Missouri College in Trenton and attended the University of Missouri at Columbia. Julie Founded the Oak Tree Christian Bookstore in Gallatin. She also had been the past president of the Daviess County Business Women and the Pattonsburg PEO Chapter BC. Julie had also been the vice-president of the Dockery Park Board. Julie's faith in Jesus Christ was shown in her deep involvement in the Lake Viking Church, particularly in the children's ministry, where she was the director. In addition to being a member of the Lake Viking Church, she was also a member of the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce. Julie liked shopping and taking care of others; she was a gift giver, whether you needed the gift or not. She was an obsessed pet parent. Julie will be dearly missed by her family and friends. 

Julie was preceded in death by her sister, Jennifer Lynn Vyrostek. She is survived by her parents, Judy and Del Ray Vyrostek of Gallatin; daughter, Jenni Vyrostek Teel (Daniel Bryce) of Tulsa, OK; brother, David Vyrostek (Brenda) of Stuart, IA; nephews, Michael and Gabriel; beloved pets, Toph, and Alfie.
 
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Lake Viking Church to be used for Suicide Awareness in care of the funeral home. A service celebrating Julie's life will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, December 21, 2025, at Lake Viking Church, in Gallatin. There is no scheduled family visitation. Private burial at Jamesport Masonic Cemetery. Friends may sign the register book, pick up a memorial folder and leave a card for the family from 11 AM to 5 PM, Friday December 19th, 2025, at the funeral home.
