Jerry Wayne Lee, age 68, passed away August 25, 2025 at an Aspire Care Center in Oak Grove, Missouri. Jerry, son of Harold Edward and Evelyn Irene (Lewis) Lee, was born on December 4, 1956. He was the youngest of the four Lee children and was the first in a long line of Lee children to be born in a hospital. He was born at the Cameron Hospital with Dr. Floyd Nelson in attendance. He was also the first in a long line of Lee kids to not attend/walk to Blue school. The school had been consolidated and Jerry attended/graduated from Gallatin schools, riding the bus all the way.
Jerry worked at a variety of jobs in his life, farming, the Missouri highway department, fast food manager, various construction jobs and was an over the road truck driver when he retired. Some short time after he retired, he suffered a stroke and then other health problems came along until the time of his death.
He was married twice but spent most of his life single.
Jerry was preceded in death by his parents; borthers, Ed and Dan. He is survived by a daughter and a son; borthers, Bill Lee of Alanta, GA and James Lee of Gallatin, MO; sister, Judy Bryant of Kansas City, MO.
