Jeremy Allen Eaton

Jeremy Allen Eaton - age 41 of Hamilton, MO passed away Friday, December 8th, 2023. Jeremy was born on September 9, 1982, the son of Robert L., Jr. and Velina May (VanFossen) Eaton in Trenton, MO. He grew up in Hamilton and was a 2001 graduate of Penney High School. He enjoyed hunting deer and turkey and fishing. Jeremy also liked to ride horses, 4 wheelers and UTVs. He was a jokester and always kept those around him laughing; if he was around, everybody knew it. Jeremy will be dearly missed by his family and friends. 

Jeremy was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Melvin and Evelina VanFossen; daughter, Lily Eaton and his infant brother Clinton Eaton. He is survived by his parents, R.L. and Velina Eaton of Hamilton; children, Kieva Brock of ND and Tristan Eaton of Benson, MN; sister, Marlys Cadena (Tony) of Cameron, MO; paternal grandfather, Robert L. Eaton, Sr of St. Joseph, MO; maternal grandmother, Evelyn (Dale) Redman of Altamont, MO; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends also survive.  
 
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to RL Eaton to establish a college fund for Jeremy's children in care of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM, Thursday, December 14, 2023, at Stith Funeral Home in Gallatin.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM, Wednesday evening at the funeral home. Friends may call after 9 AM, Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will follow the services at Mt. Ayr Cemetery, south of Altamont, MO.
