Dale Dabbs

Dale Dabbs - age 78 of Polo, MO passed away Saturday afternoon, March 12, 2022, at his home in Polo. Dale was born on July 15, 1943, the son of Erest  and Lilly  (Doty) Dabbs in Ballard, MO. He was a graduate of Butler High School . He married Roxanne Teegarden on May 22nd, 1987, in Liberty MO. They made their home in rural Polo. He retired from the General Motors Leeds Plant after 26 years. He then was a manager for 21 years at Vocational Services in Liberty. He was always kind and thinking of others before himself. Dale was always building things.  He loved his family, they were everything to him. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. 

Dale was preceded in death by his parents, Erest and Lilly Dabbs and  6 Siblings.. He is survived by his spouse Roxanne Dabbs of Polo, MO; four sons, Matthew Dabbs (Patti) of Gladstone, MO, Greg Dabbs of Lees Summit, MO, Merle Fleener Jr. (Crystal) of Polo, MO, and Matthew Fleener of Polo, MO; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Other extended family members also survive. 
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the American Legion Post# 557. No services will be held. Inurnment at a later date at Glenridge Cemetery, Liberty, MO.
