Allen Hoyle Obituary

Allen Hoyle - age 78 of Bethany, MO passed away Friday evening, May 27, 2022, at his home. Allen was born on March 14, 1944, the son of Grover and Lillian (Ramsbottom) Hoyle in St. Joseph, MO. He grew up in Jameson and was a 1962 graduate of Jameson High School. He married May Gannan on March 11th, 1972, in Gallatin. Allen served in the United States Air Force during Vietnam. He was a member of the First Christian Church in Jameson. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Allen was preceded in death by his parents, grandson, Patrick McBroom and brother, Don Hoyle. He is survived by his wife, May Hoyle of Bethany, MO; children, Grover Hoyle of Cedar Rapids, IA, Laura Hoyle of Gallatin, MO, Brent Hoyle of Shannon City, IA, and Jennifer White (Donald) of Lamar, MO; and nine grandchildren. Other extended family members also survive.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Children's Mercy Hospital Cancer Center in care of the funeral home. No services will be held.
