Wayne Mallonee Jr.

Wayne Mallonee Jr. – age 64 of Lathrop, MO passed away Saturday January 21st, 2018 at his home. He was born on May 28th, 1953 the son of Wayne and Erna (Rajakvitch) Mallonee in Darmstadt, Germany.  Wayne grew up in Platte City, MO and attended school there. He also attended 2 years of high school in Germany, while living with his grandmother. Wayne served in the United States Airforce and was honorably discharged.  He liked riding motorcycles, going to the lake, taking care of his yard and spending time with his family. Wayne loved to laugh and he was fun to be around.  He was a hard worker and drove a semi all of his working career.  Wayne retired from Fortiline in 2016. 

He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include: daughter, Amy Ward of Smithville, MO; life partner, Kathy Elias of the home; brother, Jim (Janet) Mallonee of Kearney, MO; brother, David Mallonee of Kansas City, MO; brother Lester (Tuesday) Mallonee of Camden Point, MO; grandsons, Matthew Allen Ward and Joseph Bryan Ward. 

Memorial Contributions are suggested to the American Heart Association in loving memory of Wayne Mallonee Jr. Private family services are being planned for a later date.
