Charlotte M. Pitman- age 74, of Moulton, IA passed away Wednesday, January 2nd, 2019 at Northcare Hospice in North Kansas City, MO. Charlotte was born on October 29th, 1944 in Moulton, IA the daughter of George and Virgie (Davis) Campbell. She was a graduate of the Moulton High School in 1962 where she was known as “Charlie.” On November 3, 1963, she was united in marriage to Davey Bogle at the Church of God in Moulton. She later married Johnie Pitman. Charlotte was a licensed practical nurse and worked several places throughout her extensive nursing career, including Daviess County Care Center in Gallatin and Mercy Medical Center in Centerville, IA
Charlotte was a member of the Orleans Church of Christ in Moulton, IA. She liked flowers and gardening as well as cooking. Charlotte enjoyed spending time with her kids and grandkids who will miss her dearly. She had a love for music, especially Loretta Lynn and Elvis. She relished traveling the countryside with her long term companion Frosty. Charlotte was known as kind hearted and was loved by all who knew her.
Mrs. Pitman was preceded in death by her parents; husband; Johnie Pitman, brother; Ralph Campbell, the father of her children; Davey Bogle, son in law; Dannie Lamp and long term companion Frosty Bain. Those left to mourn her passing include: daughter; Lindy Lamp, daughter; Cindy (Jason) Hetrick, son; Neil (Michele) Bogle, daughter; Amy (John) Meadows, daughter; Nichole (Steven) Stout, son; John (Stephanie) Bogle, grandchildren; Cory, Cody, Casey, Shelby, Tatumn, Sawyer, Abby, Nick and Campbell as well as three great-grandchildren; brother, Robert Campbell; brother, Bobby (Cindy) Campbell; sister, Georgia Campbell; nieces and nephews and other extended family.

Funeral Services will be held 10 AM Saturday, January 5th at Stith Funeral Home in Jamesport with Pastor Jerry Weller officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Friday, the evening prior also at the funeral home. Friends may call after 11 AM Friday at the funeral home. Private family burial to follow the services at Masonic Cemetery in Jamesport. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Masonic Cemetery in care of Stith Funeral Home.
